Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Perishable and made-to-order food items cannot be returned once delivered, unless there is a quality issue.
